Regatta Regatta

The Regenboog -Rainbow- was designed by G. de Vries Lentsch Jr. in 1917 and is the oldest National uniform sailingclass in the Netherlands and is ideally suited for cruising in the local lakes. In 2010 there are approximately 95 active and approved Rainbows for racing in Regatta's. During the Kaagweek and Sneekweek the sailers from the province Holland and Friesland compete in a 5 to 5 boat teamracing event wich is one of the highlights of the sailing season.
